Apart from Magnolia, it’s not too easy to find authentic Creole or Cajun cuisine in this town but Langham Place comes to the rescue this month with their New Orleans buffet. Featuring such Southern classics as, gumbo, jambalaya, and turducken (turkey, duck and chicken all in one.
