Issue #758: Drop Out

All Tomorrow's Parties

Watermark, Watermark. Everyone seems to have fallen in love with you as the new IT party venue. Pucci is unveiling their fabulous prints at a fashion show in Watermark on Thursday, May 22.

On May 23, you get to modelize at the Quiksilver Guerilla Gallery on 59 Staunton Street, where Quiksilver and Roxy are going to have their bitchin’ S/S08 fashion show and party. They’ve shipped over some pretty bodacious surfboards that have been on exhibit in Holland and France. From May 24 to 29, the Art On Foam exhibition will be open to the public, from noon to 8pm.

Have you gotten your $450 tickets for Ed Banger’s France Touches Hong Kong partay on Fri, May 30? If you haven’t yet, then you’re RETARDED. Or uh, OK, you’re just not that into electro. But if you feel the fire for electro in your loins, then don’t miss out on Europe’s most stellar electro label bringing seven of their fiercest artists, including downright dirty female vocalist/MC, Miami-born and HK-raised Uffie. Get your tickets at HK Ticketing (2620-2222) and get your ass down to Star Hall, HITEC, 1Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay at 9pm.

If you’ve got fashionista eyes, you must've noticed the colorful façade of the new Coach store materializing bit by bit at the edge of Lan Kwai on D’Aguilar and Queens Road Central. Well, the opening will be on Friday, May 30. They’re keeping things enigmatic, just like the astounding LV party earlier this year, for they won’t reveal the details or venue of the launch party until the very last minute. Who knows? Maybe they’ll have limousine coaches ferrying all those upper-crust partiers to some monster club in Shenzhen for the night.
